An Evening with Lightfoot & Wolfville at The Beach Pea

Join us for a special dinner celebrating the craft of Nova Scotia food and wine, featuring pairings from Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards.

Lightfoot & Wolfville is a family-owned, organic, and biodynamic winery devoted to producing exceptional cool-climate wines that express a true sense of place. Guided by sustainable farming and a deep respect for the land, their elegant, terroir-driven wines capture the coastal character and unique energy of Nova Scotia’s growing wine region.

Representing the winery for this event is Hannah Stuart, a WSET- and CAPS-certified sommelier with a passion for storytelling through wine. With years of experience in the Nova Scotia wine industry, Hannah brings warmth, expertise, and a deep understanding of regional pairings — guiding guests through an engaging exploration of Lightfoot & Wolfville’s distinctive terroir.

Chef Martin and the team at The Beach Pea have crafted a seasonal menu designed to complement the featured wines. Each dish highlights local ingredients and traditional French techniques, reflecting the same care and craftsmanship that Lightfoot & Wolfville brings to every bottle.
